TANGAZO LA NAFASI ZA KAZI


Sekretariati ya Ajira katika Utumishi wa Umma ni chombo ambacho kimeundwa kwa mujibu wa Sheria ya Utumishi wa Umma Na. 8 ya mwaka 2002 kama ilivyorekebishwa na Sheria Na. 18 ya mwaka 2007 kifungu 29(1). Kwa mujibu wa Sheria hiyo, chombo hiki, pamoja na kazi zingine kimepewa jukumu la kutangaza nafasi wazi za kazi zinazotokea katika Utumishi wa Umma kwa niaba ya Waajiri (Taasisi za Umma). 
Katibu wa Sekretarieti ya Ajira Katika Utumishi wa Umma anakaribisha maombi kwa Watanzania wenye sifa na uwezo wa kujaza nafasi 145 za kazi kwa ajili ya Wizara, Idara zinazojitegemea,Wakala,Taasisi za umma na Mamlaka ya Serikali za Mitaa kama zilivyorodheshwa katika tangazo hili.

i. Waombaji wote wawe ni Raia wa Tanzania na wenye umri usiozidi miaka 45
ii. Waombaji wote waambatishe cheti cha kuzaliwa.

kuingilia katika kada tofauti na walizonazo, wapitishe barua zao za maombi ya

ix. Waombaji waliostaafishwa katika Utumishi wa Umma hawaruhusiwi kuomba isipokuwa kama wanakibali cha Katibu Mkuu Kiongozi.

 Kufanya kazi chini ya uangalizi wa mhandisi aliyesajiliwa na bodi ya Usajili wa Wahandisi kama “Professional Engineer” ili kupata uzoefu unaotakiwa.
 Kufanya kazi kwa vitendo katika fanii zinazomhusu ili kumwezesha Mhandisi kupata sifa za kutosha kusajiliwa na Bodi ya Usajili wa Wahandisi.
 Kuwaelimisha wachimbaji wadogo kuhusu sheria, kanuni na masuala ya kitaalamu ya uchimbaji, uchenguaji na masoko ya madini.
 Kupitia taarifa za kila mwezi za ofisi za madini.
 Kukusanya na kuchambua taarifa na takwimu za uchimbaji madini.

Nafasi

 Kuweka kumbukumbu za taratibu za kisasa na mbinu za kufanyia kazi.
 Kutekeleza chati za mtiririko wa mifumo ya nyendo za taarifa na uthibiti unaohusu Kompyuta.
 Kutoa msaada wa kiufundi kwa Wizara/Idara/Vituo mbalimbali vya kazi.
3.2 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
Kuajiriwa wenye Shahada/Stashahada ya Juu katika masomo ya Sayansi ya Kompyuta kutoka kwenye Taasisi/Chuo kinachotambuliwa na Serikali.

4.0 MTAKWIMU DARAJA LA II (STATISTICIAN GRADE II) – NAFASI 11
Nafasi
4.1 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
 Kubuni na kuendeleza mfumo wa kitaifa wa kukusanya na kuratibu takwimu
 Kutengeneza utaratibu wa kukusanya takwimu pamoja na ule wa kuchukua takwimu za mfano/vielelezo (Sampling)
 Kukusanya, Kuchambua na kuwasilisha takwimu ngazi za juu.
4.2 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
 Kuajiriwa wenye shahada ya kwanza katika fani ya Takwimu au Hisabati au sifa zinazolingana na hizo kutoka Chuo Kikuu kinachotambuliwa na Serikali na wenye ujuzi wa kutumia Kompyuta.

5.0 NAHODHA DARAJA LA II – (SKIPPER GRADE II) – NAFASI 1
Nafasi
5.1 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
 Kubuni na kuunda zana za kuvulia samaki (Fishing Gears).
 Kutunza na kutengeneza zana za kuvulia samaki.
 Kuongoza na kuendesha meli/boti ndogo za futi 40 zenye uzito wa kuandikishwa wa tani 50-200 (GRT).
 Kuendesha shughuli za uvuvi katika meli/boti.
5.2 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI

 Kukagua na kupima viwanja kwa ajili ya waombaji wadogo wadogo
 Kusimamia wapimaji na kuhakikisha wanapima kwa kiwango kinachotakiwa
 Kuandaa “action plan” na kuhakikisha inafuatwa
6.2 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
Kuajiriwa wenye mojawapo ya sifa zilizotajwa hapa chini:
 Waliohitimu kidato cha VI na kufuzu mafunzo ya ufundi ya miaka miwili kutoka Chuo kinachotambuliwa na Serikali katika moja ya fani migodi

 Kuajiriwa wahitimu wa kidato cha nne waliofuzu mafunzo ya miaka miwili au mitatu katika fani ya Dobi (Laundry Services) kutoka katika vyuo vinavyotambuliwa na Serikali.
7.3 MSHAHARA
 Kwa kuzingatia viwango vya Serikali yaani ngazi ya Mshahara TGOS. C kwa mwezi.
 

8.0 MKUTUBI DARAJA LA II – NAFASI 1
8.1 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
 Kuratibu shughuli za ukuzaji wa utamaduni kitaifa.
 Kuratibu na kusimamia shughuli za ukaguzi na udhibiti maonyesho ya filamu na video katika ngazi ya taifa.
 Kushauri juu ya mitaala ya mafunzo na elimu ya fani za utamaduni.
 Kusimamia usajili wa vikundi na vyama vya fani za utamaduni.
 Kushauri juu ya ujenzi wa majukwaa na majumba ya utamaduni yenye hadhi ya kitaifa.
 Kuratibu shughuli za utafiti wa mila na desturi nchini.

 Daraja hili ni la mafunzo katika kazi, hivyo atafanya kazi kwa maelekezo ya Wasaidizi wa Kumbukumbu walio juu yake. Kazi atakazojifunza na kufanya ni zile zifanywazo na Msaidizi wa Kumbukumbu Daraja la I
 Kutafuta kumbukumbu/nyaraka/mafaili yanayohitajiwa na wasomaji.
 Kudhibiti upokeaji, uandikishaji wa kumbukumbu/nyaraka.
 Kuchambua, kuorodhesha na kupanga kumbukumbu/nyaraka katika makundi kulingana na somo husika (classification and boxing) kwa ajili ya matumizi ya ofisi.

1.0 TANZANIA AUTOMOTIVE TECHOLOGY CENTRE (NYUMBU)
Tanzania Automotive Technology Centre (TATC), synonymously known as “Shirika la Nyumbu”, was formally established on 14th December, 1985 through a Presidential Order, made under the Public Corporations Act 1969, as repealed and replaced by the Public Corporations Act 1992 and amended under the Public Corporations (Amendment) Act 1993. TATC mission is to develop a reputable capacity for automotive engineering by conducting research and innovation, technology transfer and quality assurance services.
TATC is wholly owned by the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania through the Treasury Registrar, with the Ministry of Defense and National Service (MoDNS) as custodian on behalf of the government.
TATC now seeks to recruit intelligent and result – oriented Tanzanians with high integrity to fill the following vacancies:-
 
1.1 ASSISTANT FITTER TURNER I – 1 POST
1.2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Operation of gear hobber, bevel gear generator, gear shaper.
 Operates sophisticated machine tools such as CNC machines under supervision
 Design and supervises the manufacture of simple fixtures, jigs and tools for the job in hand.
 Do simple calculations required for setting up gear machines, differential indexing head, screw cutting and taper turning
1.2.1 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
 Form IV education with Trade Test Grade I in Fitter/Turner.
 
1.3 FITTER MECHANICS III - 1 POST
1.3.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Do major breakdown repair of plants and equipment in the factory.
 Recondition power plants and machine tools.
 Retrofit and refurbish engines, compressors, pumps, vehicles and other mechanical equipment.
1.3.2 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
 Form IV education with Trade Test grade I, with at least three years working experience as Fitter Mechanics in a reputable organization.

1.4 OFFICE ASSISTANT I - 1 POST
1.4.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 General cleaning offices, toilets, paths, walls, roofs, and paraments
 Mop floors, cut grasses and trim flowers
 Clean office furniture and equipment
 Executive minor land scarping around buildings and play grounds.
 Carry files from one office to another
 Any other duties as may be assigned

2.1 REGIONAL MANAGER - 4 POSTS
2.1.1 DUTY STATION: Kagera, Shinyanga, Tabora and Mtwara
2.1.2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Manage all GPSA Properties in the Region;
 Prepare Plan and Report as per GPSA Financial and operational Manuals;
 Provide Procurement Professional Assistance;
 Facilitate on availability of adequate supplies;
 Represent the Chief Executive at all Regional meetings that require the input of the Chief Executive;

2.2 MARKETING AND SALES MANAGER -1 POST

2.2.2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Analyze marketing trends and identify market opportunities and threats of the Agency;
 Supervise all matters pertaining to Marketing functions of the agency;
 Prepare sales/service forecasts, monitor and evaluate business performance;
 Prepare and implement GPSA marketing and promotion strategy and undertake regular review of the same;
 Visit potential customers for marketing purposes and assess required demand
 Prepare customer requirements report;

 Advise the Director of Business Support Services in matters related to construction and engineering works;

2.4.1 DUTY STATION: Dar es Salaam
2.4.2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Manage and handle all clearing activities for Government imported goods;
 Supervise, plan, coordinate and control mode of transport of Imported goods;
 Liaise with other relevant clearing authorities;
 Plan, coordinate supervise cost for clearing and forwarding activities;
 Workout the relevant costs pertaining to a particular consignment;
 Organize and arrange transport and relevant handling equipment for clearing and forwarding goods;

2.6 INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY (ICT) MANAGER - 1 POST
2.6.1 DUTY STATION: Dar es Salaam
2.6.2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Provide professional advice in the area of ICT business competence to the Agency;
 Perform systems administration functions for the Agency’s Servers, pcs and network devices including administering system-level security procedures;
 Establish and maintain users accounts which shall include assigning file and system permissions and establish password and accounts policies and applications;
 Install, upgrade, configure, test, maintain and support operating system software and software packages;
 Plan and perform automated and manual backup and restoral procedures of the systems;
 Undertake planning, development and maintenance of computer applications.
 Establish the needs of users;
 Plan and design data flows for a new or revised computer applications;
 Write documentation for all computer applications including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary ('metadata');

2.7 COMPUTER SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR II -1 POST
2.7.1 DUTY STATION: Dar es Salaam
2.7.2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Compile and document systems and user requirements for the Agency
 Design, program, debug and test applications to meet systems and functional requirement specifications;
 Troubleshoot all problems related to software and resolve them or recommend solutions;
 Provide support to end users;
 Configure desktop computers, servers and network devices to their optimal performance levels;
