President Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete of the United Republic of Tanzania says the East African Integration risk falling into the pitfalls of the original East African Community that collapsed in 1977 if politics is allowed to take the centre stage. He is cautioning against rushed decisions and actions that overlook technical advice.
