in Public Health and Tropical Medicine (IFPHTM) - Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD)
Project titled “Full-genome sequencing
to identify determinants that impact upon foot-and-mouth disease virus strains
with potential for enhanced transmission in endemic settings in Africa”. Also The
United States Defence Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) through the University of
California, Davis has provided funds for the Projects titled “Viral Sharing of
Zoonotic agents between human and wildlife in Kilombero Valley” (VISHA). Also,
the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through the
University of California, Davis has provided funds for the Project titled
“PREDICT 2”.
