PROUDLY UNIT SIX AT MAZIMBU CAMPUS

 The compound of unit six as can be seen is so unique here at mazimbu campus compared to other c hostels.Attractive environment,good condition,This makes the hostel to be the best among all other hostel at Mazimbu campus,and many people like to live at unit six though it is not able for it to accommodate all the students.

Unit six is one among the six hostels that are found in Mazimbu Campus. In the past it was one among the hostels which had poor infrastructures as compared to other units.

But because of the rehabilitation which was done in 2013, it has become the best hostel in terms of cleanliness, water  availability, good surroundings, well maintained rooms, good latrines, bathrooms, and electrical facilities around the area.

Water supply in the unit is constant due to the fact that water taps are available around the bath room as you can see from the picture.Also the constant availability of water in the unit is influenced by the water tanks which are located in the unit that can store a huge amount of water when the supply cut off.

The compound of unit six is very attractive as you can see from the picture above and the environment look good because the water available can be used to irrigate the flowers ,trees and short grasses available in the unit. Also the cleanness at the unit six contributed much to the compound to appear good.

unit six environment is not that much favorable for studying due to lack of sufficient water and this sometimes become a serious problem this may results to eruption of water borne diseases such as diarrhea
